Thank you Robert, the only thing I can say and I do understand some concerns with the height of the stud is that no washer of any kind is needed as the batteries come with a serrated flange or some call them spin-lock nuts, which when tighten acts as a locking nut, this will help with fitment...

Xiaoxiang 100AH BMS shows a Max of 90AH and won't hardly charge batteries, when applying a load it runs for only a minute before kicking out because of low amps.

I'm not sure I can answer your question as I've always run the same IR in my builds. Are you going to use a different controller? Are you planning on running 2, 24V packs in parallel?
