Thank you so much for the explanation.
So I’m thinking about ditching the transfer switch altogether. I have zero large 110v loads except a coffee maker. My biggest load is DC 12v rooftop A/C which ranges 20-40amps, & DC compression fridge 7-10amps. Everything else is propane.
My main goal...
Can someone look over this diagram & tell me how to wire my converter charger to 30a transfer switch? Do I cut the 110v plug on converter charger & wire it’s Ground, neutral, Hot directly to wire from shore power inlet or put on empty slot of transfer switch designated for generator?
Also my AC...
Would it make more sense to cut the 110v plug & wire its ground, neutral, hot directly to wires from shore power inlet mounted on van? or directly to transfer switch? I’m confused why I plug this into an outlet powered by my AC breaker panel via inverter.
This is for an off grid van conversion...
Yes it’s an RV, and yes air conditioning is 12v, as well as fridge & other appliances. Mainly want to be able charge batteries while on shore power as use Air conditioning
Thank you, do you have any chargers that you recommend
Yes the AC 120v panel is wired directly to the inverter. Thank you

Missed deadline to return 3000w pure sine inverter, so I’m committed to using it. Do I need auto transfer switch to charge my batteries when connected to 30a shore power? 2nd: Where do I connect the 10/3 wire from 30a shore power? (directly to 120v AC panel or to transfer switch? (I currently...
Turns out I had a bad crimp on cell 3, stripped & crimped a new connector, & tightened, now my cells are showing as unbalanced. BMS has active balancers for my lifepo4. Do I need to put them back in parallel configuration? Or can I leave them in series (4S2P) & leave connected to main system but...
