Update: 08/25/2023... Received relays today, But they sent the 30 amp relays that did not solve my problem. I contacted support again and requested the relays marked "Delta Pro" That are located at the bottom of the SHP. Hopefully I will hear back and receive a fix soon.

I just installed one of these meters and mine does the same thing. I have 400ah worth of batteries and only use about the top 15 % throughout the day and the next morning the meter shows 0% left when the batteries are still at 53 to 54 volts. Oops, just noticed this thread is 4 years old.

You are correct, I can only guess at the DOD as I only have a way to look at voltage. My battery is always connected to solar and stays at a voltage range per chart of 70 to 80%.
