Can anyone recommend best lithium battery for my 48v, 100ah system. I prefers to have 4 batteries in series instead of one large battery.

I currently uses 8 series parallel 100ah lead acid gel batteries on a 48v system but they are approaching end of life. With lithium prices dropping and more technologies available, I am not too certain what to get. However, I am thinking about the headway 40152 with 3 banks of 16 in series...

Looking for advice. If I have 3 banks of 16s cells on a 48v system, do I need one large enough bms or do I have to use one per bank?
