Is it charging back up for you after cutoff at 9.5? Mine has stopped charging beyond 10.2V. If you open it up, please post some videos/pictures here.

I tried the suggestion from snoobler. It didn't work unfortunately. The BMS seems to cut off the power supply at 10.2V. Any suggestions on how to get the BMS to stop doing that? Anything further I can try before opening up the battery and replacing the BMS or charging individual cells?

Manufacturer also thought the BMS was locked up/malfunctioning. But didn't have any suggestions for how to fix it.

I've been searching for a reasonably priced charger for my 100Ah Lifepo4 battery. I would love to find one that is 20+Amps but I can make do with a 10A charger. Any suggestions? I live in Canada.

9.57V was the voltage across the terminals after I switched off the load. While the load was still connected, it read 9.13V. The battery's own voltage indicator is incorrect as well. It was showing 8.9V across the terminals when the multimeter was showing 9.57V. Overall, I don't trust this...
