Well thought the issue had been resolved, I just had a power outage for about 5sec, batteries are @82%. Monday it went out 4 times in 1 hour. Made it 28 hours without an outage. I will continue to deal with SS, will post a update as soon as I hear back.

This week I just hooked up the batteries directly to S.A. and I love it. I have EG4 LL ver1. Thank you for the info, Solar Guppy mentioned that with non isolated inverters it will cause voltage potential on the conductors for the PV arrays. So I will try and gather more information on this issue. Thanks so much foe tour time.

Yes they all are frame grounded, also if you disconnect the panels from the system, the potential goes away, at the panel as well ad at the inverters.

Gotcha that makes sense, so even if I tweak it down to 3 chargers that's still 54 amps of charge and still would be under my 33 amps. which is more or less 50 to 60amp charge from my inverters with 30 amp input direct connction. I think I might go with this instead. I may get some input from SS...

Yea I know about the humming but it gets real loud randomly sounds like it's rattling every few seconds. Something like a high power bass in a sound system the rattles the vehicle and this was with very little to no load just idling. Fans were doing there normal idol sound.

That's great, if you don't mind to try something, you might not not like the reading you get, check readings from the positive or negative terminals on PV to earth ground and let me know if you have potential.
