2 LV6548s in parallel. When the loads are less than 60% they operate normally. MPPT current on all 4 inputs is right at the max produced by my panels = approx 17-18amps. I'm nowhere near maxing out this system... But when the load on either inverter goes above about 60% and the sun is shining...

I totally agree, but we should not be outsourcing so much of this stuff to China....but we do and we get questionable products and components as a result. So, we get cheap, sometimes malfunctioning products billed as quality. It's the price we currently pay.

Breaker is 60A manual. It’s never tripped by itself but I can (and have) tripped and reset it no problem. I measure only ~12v idle or ~14 when it’s charging at the terminals of the SCC w my Fluke. Ill try the min/max setting on my Fluke and capture that at our next stop.

I do know that if you provide more than the recommended PV voltage on the pv inputs the LV6048 will generate copious amounts of white smoke.... if you disconnect the offending pv inputs within 5 seconds, your inverter will likely survive like mine did and just heat the circuit board traces to...

I started with battery ID 1 and SA sees all 4 batteries and all of their params. It's just the mqtt data in home assistant that isnit flowing from sa to home assistant for batteries 2,3 &4. Home assistant has each battery listed, just no data "unknown" for each attribute. I tried your steps...

Nope, that's not it. The battery is quite discharged @ 12.22v - I ran the whole coach all night and started from 13.5v last nite. And if I fire up the genset, it charges at 100A continuously without going to float mode. Fully charged, the battery is at 13.7v. So... the SCC should remain ON...

I put an MQTT scope on all messages coming from Solar Assistant and there are no error messages anywhere. There is a "fault" mode but that's it.

I'll check tomorrow at peak production... it's on the down swing of production right now - 6:30pm. I'll also measure the actual DC current on each leg of the combiner box inputs at peak product (1pm or so) as well as the output. canadian solar 420watt panels.
