Solved it with a little help from the DALY BMS store: I received a new Monitor Software (v1.2.5), had to flash the BMS with a new firmware and then assign each of them an individual board number. Now it works like a charm: Three BMS on the same monitoring software!

Have you tried to do that? As you wrote "theoretically" I assume, you did not try this yet. But this test could set your mind at rest! The way I understand this system is that there is no connection between AC IN and AC OUT except in "Bypass Mode". Only then the relay switches the AC OUT...

Not sure if I got this right ... why do you expect that the MOSFETs of each BMS can not handle the amperage? IMHO the MOSFETs are supposed to protect the cells also from a short by switching off. So if there would be an "enormous amperage" (e.g. because all but one BMS already switched off)...

Sorry to hear that! Speaking of Chinese jungle - the page you linked to shows no RS485 either, just UART and CAN. So be aware that it also might not work with RS485. On the other hand, do you really need RS485 or do you just want to talk to the BMS? Because if your BMS supports Bluetooth it also...

I don't know your tool. All I can say is, you are sending the right message. Check again if your tool sends the message as hex (and not ASCII).

That sounds like there is nothing going right ... When you say "Bluetooth connects on the phone ...", I assume you have a DALY BT dongle attached (and nothing else). So then only the phone app would access the BMS and you should get all the information. Same should happen, if you use instead of...

Not sure, if you solved your problem already. But if it still does not communicate, try charging your battery. It happened to me, that one in two DALY-BMS did not start by themself. However after charging the battery, they started communicating immediately.
