I think the dimensions / weight of the whole unit might be a way to dispute their 300ah capacity claim... the box (33x21x17cm and 13.4kg seems quite small)

The unit seems very well sealed, but it sounds like there's little 'warranty' to invalidate.

10kwh for £2800 - so that's £280 per kwh. That's pretty competitive for a fully built server rack battery with all the bells and whistles built in.

The unit does come with a supplied charger, but it's got a Euro plug. What I'm going to do is, I have ordered a Euro to UK plug converter, which is arriving tomorrow. I will then attempt to fully charge to battery with their provided charger - they can't object to that surely. I need to...

That's exactly what happened to me, with exactly the same battery. I presented the same evidence, including video to support my case, and they argued the same way... I also weighed the battery as 300ah cells have a minimum weight, and my battery was only 23kg I think, which is far too light...

That's the exact same battery - I wonder what I can 'use' from Jim's experience to help get some money back?

I might have missed this up thread, but what is the spec for these?

Aren't they 'difficult' in terms of getting a consistent voltage and amperage?
