Thank you grizzzman, that's kinda what I was thinking. Put as much solar on the roof as I'm willing to do so, then get a larger battery bank so when I do have to run the generator, I have more storage for the energy. Then maybe I'll only have to run it for 30-60 minutes once a day.

Couldn’t sleep, lol! After @time2roll’s comment, I remembered I had shut off the breakers when I was monkeying around with trying to get the battery situation figured out. Sure enough, I had the two 30A breakers off. Everything is working now. Stupid.

I already own the MPP, so I'd prefer to find a solution using what I have. I'm not attempting to run the A/C with the solar. I've understood that I need to be on shore or run the generator if I want A/C. With that being the case, do you think I can accomplish this without the Victron unit?

No. Both positives go to a bus bar and likewise with the negatives. They are both discharging at the moment. However, yesterday A-H was discharging 14-15v while I-P was charging by the same amount. So I wasn’t sure what the heck was going on.
