To be honest your confusing me.
you applied a load of 124 amps. that's a discharge, so why would you expect it to cut out at 3c? thats a charge cutout, not a discharge cutout, they are different settings.
on the 3rd attempt you were at 11c, I believe(don't quote me) the default low cut off for...
to each their own. I find cash and checks a royal pain, my ccs autopay, and i get a documented breakdown of everything i bought, and i get a decent amount of cash back a year.
thanks Mike,
i think its pointless for me. I'm looking at an RV, I will never hit these cycle counts. will prolly run 95-5 to be honest. even if i get 500 cycle It will prolly take me years.
Jenny is talking to me in PM now, thanks everyone
Doesn't that make the heating function useless? Why are there 2 toggles then
Think about this, the only time you need heat is when your under freezing. but then you can't use the battery? so say it hits 32F i want charging to turn on on heat and go up to 40F etc. So I need to go in and and...
looking at this more, it appears based on the pc tool, there are 2 fets, a charge section and a discharge section

page 4 and 5 show this separate charge and discharge setting?
the agm battery is prolly 8+ years old at this point its a blue top optima. I may have saved it a bit. ( im struggling to buy another agm or go down the life path) not sure what to do yet.
I think i woke it up, from being hooked in parallel to another agm, which almost had thermal runaway. that...
honestly i rather a robot build it, if you think they are matching components your nuts, prolly the lowest paid guy builds them, with a build sheet, and if its a Friday, his work is prolly 10 times worse.
So I understand this correctly, the battery will disconnect at the under temp? in discharge mode? that makes no sense, should be the cutout temp.
discharge shouldn't matter, I thought @DJSmiley confirmed nothing happened, only special things happen at charge, not discharge
for lithium its simple, set what ever voltage you want to charge too and be done. you don't need stages. it will start CC to CV. its an extremely simple charge setup
unless you want bluetooth, the other unit has no connectivity just a pot to adjust voltage.
In a vehicle setting though, when is there every 0 load. i read this alot and when i did my rc stuff it made sense since there was only a battery, but my RV is never at 0 load, literally impossible unless i disconnect it, and if i am running the engine, I have other systems running.
so has anyone tested the heating? its configurable through the app? wiring seems confusing between documents, some show the connector side + and -, but then there is that separate negative pad?
what kind of wiring do you have going up to your start battery. Pretty much going to guarantee your not going to see 560A through whatever wiring the motorhome put in. mine was 4 gauge. Hold the button for 30 seconds, it will recharge it. why is your chassis battery going to be stone dead in the...
