Things seem to be going ok. I don’t run my batteries down very far so the load on the charger stays low. When it does need to throw some power the fan kicks on so my assumption is that it is working hard. I don’t think the 125% figure was used. My panels ISC is 9.5 amps.

The breaker is 80 amps. The 60 amp I referred to is the limiter function, first option on the charger settings, before bulk and float voltage settings.
