Battries full charged today and i can see the balancer working it was off for most of the day until thee battries were fully charged now its balancing because 2 of the battries are more than 20mV higher than the others.
2hile writing this message it stopped. The wires are cool and the device...
There is no way to change the parameter as far as i can see.
If i disconnect the the balance wires from yhe bms it shows 13+ volts at the terminals but once i reconnet the balance wires it shows 5+ volts but i test each wire for continuity and they are all good and in the app all cell show with...
The white wire with the black tape is the negative charge coltroller wire.
You are saying that that white wire needs to also be at the front of the shunt?
Yea its a top load i imagine it will. Front load machines dont draw as much current. But even if it cant work i still have gird power to use the machine. I wont be connecting the pump to it 5he pump will be on grid prower.
I will be using a washing machine on this setup so 1000w would be a bit small. From what ive seen 24v is more efficient than 12v system altho im new to this but also i want to eventually expalnd on the system over time. Currenty i have 1 345w 24v solar panel 60A makeskyblue charge controller and...
Well thats not too bad maybe ill have to do it that way too if it comes down to it. Cuz at the moment i dont see any of the himassi smart 12v 100ah available.
This is my first project and im still learning as i go along but my budget is still limited no matter how bad or good an inverter can be so eventho im new i know that there are better quality products. I asked for help with the best that i can get for around $450 cuz thats as far as my budget...
They were all in parallel from yesterday as seen in this photo and finished charging last night left to rest until this moring where 1 is now at 99 and the others are at 100% SOC. I connected the charger after u sent that last message i did get a spark. And the charger has now shut down. So they...
I dont think there is a way to tell without disassembling them as the come saying 1 or 2 cycles which is just programed in the bms so u honestly cant tell be software. They say its grade A cells and these are chinese made so they will say whatever they feel like so until someone does a teardown...
I reconnected the battries today back into 2s2p and did some amount of discharge and charged and the charging stopped and i also tried charging the damaged battery by itself yesterday and it charged and stopped when it was supposed to so it seems its ok so far. It seems to be reading all 4 cells...
It wasnt purchased from my account so u cant message th3m thru amazon. Yea ill definitely let u know how the balancer works when i get it and i will monitor the temp .
Yep that is really nice setup. I can see the work being put in.
I will be mounting mine on a wall. The current setup was just to test and see as this is my forst solar setup. Maybe that balancer that cs123 suggested is what inwill have to go for.
