I know the BMS for the 2-12v batteries can handle up to 4 batteries in series, so that should be fine. The case battery has its own BMS and I assume that should be fine. Am I correct?

The 2-12v batteries in series should be 24v. The single case battery is 24v, I want to parallel that to the 2 in series. That is why I said 2s1p. In total that would be 3 batteries, not 4 as you show.
