Fedex Tracking # received 9/9/2020, estimated delivery 9/16/2020 from Hawthorne, CA
Will post how it goes
Thanks.
Did a dig deeper survey and concluded 5/16".
That is what was ordered on the Chargery BMS.
Tried to find out the Inverter but went to the 4/0 cable, those had 5/16" lugs, that was enough for me.
A drill will turn 5/16 into 3/8 and a flat washer will pin a 5/16 on to a 1/4" post, close...
Yes, called my CC company, told 'em I was buying a life sized silicon woman with batteries.
Went through first time.
I better say this quick before I get friended, just kidding but I did call the CC.
Still in Maine, bit of a dusting going on here, just wanted to share my build,
Could not have done it without all the great help here.
Plexiglass, more insulation and lid to be added or it would just look like a battery box.
Same here.
Sent a copy of the solar panel invoice to tech support as requested, invoice clearly states 24v panel.
Tech support said the panel exceeds the 25v capacity of the DCC50s, does not charge when the voltage exceeds 25v, shuts down.
Joe, glad to hear you survived the dunking.
The monitor worked fine indicating coach battery voltage, did not attach to engine electrics..
Unfortunately, the DCC50s could not handle my 24v solar panel, so I pulled the DCC50s, replaced with Epever MPPT.
Might pull the panel for a lower voltage...
Very interesting!
Why audio?
I was tempted because of cold temperature applications but insulation and a heating pad should keep the LiFePO cells warm. We shall see, the way tech is advancing, everything could change.
EDIT: went online Renogy, the model that does this is Renogy RMS-DCDC-US
KEY FEATURES
• Dual Battery Monitoring
Stay informed about your house and auxiliary battery's charging status and easily monitor the solar system's overall health.
• Adjustable Parameters

Once I put on the ring terminals, the power supply display is a totally different critter.
Evidently was not charging.
Now, with ring terminals 3.40v 9.0A 30W, A is trending downward, 8.7A, W is going down to 29
Really appreciate your help Jim.
Could not find the pic taken upon receipt but I did go to Renogy with the model number, found this.
When searching noticed the 24v and did not look further, my bad.

Suggest you go to a thread on buying cells. You will likely get more opinions.
You might consider including a case, BMS and connectors when you order. I wish I had.
Good luck

Magic smoke cannot be recycled, Glasshoppa.
Dunno, ordered one, going to find out.
Was thinking of asking Renogy but presently busy.
The shunt on hand is a miserable pos, difficult to mount so hopefully this is usable as a display..
Received power supply.
Ordered load tester as suggested on https://www.mobile-solarpower.com/ Also reordered pure sine wave inverter, first order cancelled due to backlog. BMS has shipped.
Trying to get ready to charge and test as soon as reasonably possible.
All cells 3.29-3.30V using my free Harbor Freight multimeter.
While they equilibrate to Maine going to scrounge a piece of copper to give them a chance to come to the same voltage before charging and testing.
All cells unpacked in good condition, happy boy!
In my world simple is better, not likely to go with a relay unless it is clearly the only option. Limited use of the inverter is a possibility.
A fused separate circuit likely. But if there is a BMS, why not size it to the job?
Also have a second solar setup planned in my tag-a-long trailer with...
