    this is how the japanese car company's made hugh profits in the USA. import "parts" and do final assembly in the USA with 100% imported japanese made parts. and at first said "made in the USA", till they were sued and now only say assembled in.

    a gap is best, check your local building codes, in my area a shed must be 5 feet from any fence and 10 feet away from the house. and over a X size a permit is required. plus taxed as a building.
