Hope somebody can help please I have a Solis S5-GR1P3.6K with datalogger and RAI-3K-48ES-5G AC coupled inv with a US 5000 plyon tech battery As soon as i put the kettle on I get the AC Overload error and i have to press ESC to reset it, can i change any setting to stop the error

How do you contact Solis to do an update on RAI-3K-48ES-5G is it by email or telephone I have pylon 5000.

Finally got battery charging between 02:00 and 04:00 but after 04:00 it starts to discharge to house load.

I have tried everything to get my acel meter to work on my Solis 5g AC coupled unit. If I plug the acel into my solar inverter meter connection it works fine with com light flashing but when I plug into 5g unit then nothing. If somebody could tell me what pins on the plug connect to meter 2pin...

Solis S5-GR1P3.6K with datalogger and RAI-3K-48ES-5G AC coupled inv with a US 5000 plyon tech battery with one Acrel meter, both units have a meter connection, can i use the one acrel meter and plug this into both units with rs 485 cable or do i need two meter (one for each unit ?)

I took off the discharge time, but for some reason it keeps charging the battery outside of the time set (02:00-04:00), with the battery turned off i am using 230w in the house but it keeps charging the battery at 1.5kw from the grid, i dont know how to stop it charging outside of my charging times

I was hoping to get it to use the battery between 18:00 1nd 21:00 and hopefully charge on low rates between 2 and 4 in the morning but all its doing is charging at 3kw for 30 seconds then discharging for 30 seconds all day long and my electric bill it twice as much daily then if i just switch...

today electric usage shows £7 where without the RAI-3K-48ES-5G switched on its normally £3 , the only way i seem able to stop it charging for 30 seconds (3kw), then discharging for 30seconds is to turn the grid off, but this shuts it down and the time function does not work, any sugestions...
