Great news all. I arrived home at 2:40am to find the PSU was at 3.5V and the amps reading 0AMPS Unplugged the terminals from the battery and the battery read 3.508V!! Woohoo. I'm going to update my opening post with the solution once I successfully charge the 4 batteries together in parallel...

I can confirm that if you are using the cables from the psu, I had the exact same problem. Creating my own connectors solved the problem marvelously

Inverter is connected to the battery. Ive just tested turning on the inverter at the same time. The Inverter does not shutdown when this happens.

Okay, I launched BMS tool on windows 10 and suddenly it changed to to 14VDC Can anyone tell me why the SOC is reading 0% in the software? How should I setup the software? I havent calibrated anything yet.

I've tightened the nuts far more than they were before using a mini wrench with your instructions. I am using grub screws I think they are called with a nut on the top . I am still very anxious to try tighten them any further as I have no measure of how tight they can go before I damage them...

I checked the size of the wires with a wire gauge I ordered. The wires fit 22AWG-23AWG. Those terminals are marked for 0.75 - 1.5mm2 = 19 - 16 AWG. Im still out of luck. I ordered some terminals from element14, but I got the stud size wrong as they need to be M6

They are in range. I measured all of the cells and they are just above 3.3V. I can charge my battery with a benchtop power supply perfectly fine without this happening, so let me know what you think.

Cool, I adjusted to suit this. How do the pictures below look? I adjusted as per your instructions. Could you double check the temperature release settings on discharge and charge are okay? I don't really understand what this means.
