I like 24v because I can hook up solar panels in parallel, so I think they are more tolerant to partial shade. Also I went with the Electrodacus BMS and that only works with up to 24v systems. (That and the cells are the only components I have ordered so far)

The stack means different series / batteries will communicate together? They actually have a 24v 200Ah version on their Alibaba so I can stick to two batteries afterall :) edit: nvm, the specs listed are that of a 48v battery o_O so the title seems wrong.

Got home and measured them, I think it's the eve datasheet / product specs that are wrong. I measured approximately 2.5 cm between the terminal and the smaller edge of the cell, which seems to match with the smaller busbars I received. The datasheet shows 9 cm between terminals which would mean...

Actually it works out perfectly if I use two of the busbars as terminals (I do need to get more busbars though, I got 24 of each in my order.) Still curious about the right ways to go if this issue pops up.

Maybe side wall isn't the right term, I mean the main walls that go along the long side of the batteries. They provide compression thanks to springs and threaded rods, so they have to withstand a lot of force with minimal bending. eg the two gray walls in this WIP screenshot
