I found this thread on an Traveo Trailer site. This is the sort of concerns I was interested in prior to purchasing this product.

@Rocketman: thanks for this post. You’re right, I am thinking of getting an entirely different panel.
Here are the specs for each panel.
Looking forward to your response.

Well, I learned the hard way that if you want to add an 2000W inverter, you’ll need 200ah of LiFePO4. A 100ah lithium will work just fine with 300-400W of solar. But adding an inverter changes that equation.
@ Jetguy: I agree with other posters: stay away from flexible panels.
It’s cyber...
The available space on my 21’ Travel trailer’s roof limited me to three 100 W panels. However, Rich Solar now offers a “slim” 100W panel. The panel’s dimensions: 58.7 x 13.8 x 1.2 in fits nicely on the very front of the 8’ wide roof. It would sit 2-3” from the leading edge of the trailer.
A...
Let me provide some background on my current system & usage:
I have a 21’ travel trailer. My water & cabin heater, refrigerator, oven & stovetop work on propane. I have a 12V stereo system & 12 V ceiling fan.
I have an TV set, DVD, AC & 700W Microwave. I rarely watch TV shows or DVDs. But I...
I think the ATS inclusion ups the price. But it has gone down over $100 in price since last spring.
What attracts me to this product is it’s compact size - it fits in my solar closet; the integration of an ATS; it’s designed to be hard wired; My power center is also progressive dynamics...
Seeking opions/experiences with Progressive Dynamics 2000W inverter with ATS. On paper this would be a good fit for my travel trailer.
But very few people seem to be using it. So I’m seeking people who have experience with this inverter.
My questions:
how well does it work?
How noisy are the...
So, I currently have a 3 year old Battleborn 100ai 12 volt lithium in my travel trailer.
I want to add a second lithium to support an inverter.
Because of the difference in costs, I would like to get a SOK 100ai. The SOK will live in harmony with my Battleborn?
I plan to contact Giandel next week to discuss this issue.
Nothing immediately available above the “locker” (aka solar basement). The basement is under the dinette bench. The is locker also next to the charging station. Both of these side-by-side storage areas cover the length of the dinette...
@12VoltInstalls. Thanks for your response.
Your first response regarding Rich/Renogy 2000w inverter seems to be a typo “Do or get that brand imho”. Were you trying to say “do not get” … or are you recommending the Renogy?
I pretty much decided that if I get an inverter, it should be at least...
Thanks 12VoltInstalls. You’re reading my mind re inverters which can best meet my needs.
The solar setup I have will not expand: no more rooftop space for panels; No need for larger solar controller.
I have two problems:
What size inverter? 1200V vs 1500-2200V
Physical constraints
If I add...
I’m an incrementalist. Upgraded to a larger travel trailer 2 years ago. I immediately prepared it for boon docking: dropped a Battleborn 100ah along with several 12v outlets (1 for my CPAP). Last year, I installed a rooftop solar system - three 100w panels (no additional rooftop space for a...
I’d go with a 40A RichSolar MPPT - particularly if you’re thinking of a 130ah lithium
Also, HQST sells 100w mono “Compact Design” panels. On sale right now.
You want MC4 pure copper cables.

@HRTKD: I found 3 panel parallel connectors on Will’s DYI site: https://www.amazon.com/Renogy-Solar-MC4Y2-Branch-Connectors/dp/B01NH0BWV9/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8&th=1
@Supervstech: I also found a Amazon link for a waterproof junction box as well as cable feeders for my rooftop...
