I asked this questions to a BLS seller in Aliexpress. Although he wanted to sell me aluminium case cells he recommended plastic case cells for RV application in case the additional weight and volume is acceptable. The plastic cells were rated less sensitive for heat abuse and vibration.

The battery cells are connected in series, thus the current doesn't change and remains at 280amps for 1C load , the cuircuit voltage adds up and multiplies x4 per cell.

Looks good to me. On my JBD Smart BMS board the balance delta voltage is set to 50mV, triggered from 3400mV.
