I purchased 2 of these batteries and they arrived today. They were well-packaged and nice-looking batteries. The first showed a voltage 52.74 and cell voltages on 13 of the cells was 3.296 on two cells 3.297 and one at 3.295. The other battery the switch was on and the BMS did not display at all. The battery voltage was 17.75, I contacted support, and we will see how it goes. Support just responded that they have received my message. Mods feel free to move this if it should be somewhere else. I have done nothing with the bad battery, is this battery most likely shot?

Edit to add: All good just had to hold the reset button down, voltages are almost identical to the first one.

It's most likely sleeping, hit it with a charger and wake it up.

Okay so there is this reset button and if you hold it down it resets the BMS :fp Now it all works and the voltages are almost identical to the first one.

Awesome! I went with the Vatrer because of the Lithium Solar teardown. With it, I gain a nice LCD, but lose communications. Since I can't really use the comms with my setup, it's not a huge loss. Congrats on getting 2 good ones!
