Does anyone have a G99 form that they've completed that they can let me have a look at? Am currently truing to fill one in (with all the relevant parts) and some issues are perplexing but some examples I'm sure will help me. Or if there's a website with examples please let me know, I have the form, and the notes, but want to see examples to help me understand! And I know enough to know it's a G99 I need, not a 98.

Hi - Did you ever get a sample G99 to look at. I'm in the same boat and am really confused.
If UK Power Networks is your DNO - think it is for Cambridge - then use their Smart Connect portal - it's simpler.
