I need help

I just upgraded to an eg4 18kpv. I called Ss yesterday to help remotely set it up and they did but had a problem with eg4ll48v battery’s bms update. I ordered the update dongle and switched to lead acid battery setting on the EG4 Monitor. my problem is I can’t get anything to work. No voltage to the AC output no charging from solar. I do not have any AC hooked up from the grid. I’m going completely off grid any help would be much appreciated.

I can't help, don't have that inverter. But, post as many of your settings as you can, someone may be able to spot your problem and make suggestions.

I got it fixed, I had one wire on a breaker on my sub panel switched. I changed the settings somehow to accommodate my solar input. Thanks
