Okay everyone, i have had this running now for the last 3 days, and well so far so good.
Spent a huge amount of time but that was okay as i was having fun.
Basically we cut the kinked line, flared it, then added a coupler, and that held.
Then i was able to figure out i needed to pressure test the lines with nitrogen, we got it up to 500psi
Then we were able to do the triple evacuation, and released the refrigant from the outside unit.
And its been working

Now i'm thinking of just getting some of those cheap chinese no warranty mini-splits versions from alibaba or aliexpress, they are about a 1/3 of the price, buy a pallet of them and start installing them everywhere i want. Hell after spending the last month working on this one, i feel like i can do anything! LOL

Plus i have all these cool tools, need to keep using them
I'll send some pics in just a bit, incase anyone wants to see the crazy install i did.
Next week i'll work on how to test the system, make sure i'm getting the most i can out of it, etc
