limiting power output to grid

Can I set a Fronius 15Kw primo inverter to limit output to the grid at 10 kw while using more power on site at the same time ?
I am getting conflicting answers from people quoting my project. Hoping to go net metering and eliminating my bills as much as possible.

10kW export limit is a common hybrid feature in the U.S. and there is a certification for it. Typically you can self consume over 10kW, it’s not as dumb as setting a strict limiter on the AC output
