Hi all, today my SOK 48 V100 Ah sent up a fault. See pic.

I thought it might be something to do with cell balancing. It was bright and sunny out, and I have a 1.7kW array (2S2P), so I turned off the inverter and let it ride to 100%. That actually did stop the fault light from blinking. But then after I turned the inverter back on, the fault came back.

This battery is used by itself (no other battery), along with a Victron 150/35 MPPT, Victron Phoenix 48/1200 inverter, and Cerbo-S GX.

I'm in the USA. In the Current Connected video demo, their "OVP" was at 1 - mine is at 9999! Problem there?

It's still working (powers a window A/C unit), but throwing the fault. I'm about to leave this thing alone for a month as I travel - bad idea?

Download the SOKTool software from Current Connected. Use last link on the page.

The software might give more information and/or allow you to clear any faults (Kind of like an OBD-II scanner used to clear a check engine light)

This is the cable I use between the RS232 (RJ12 6 pin phone jack) port and my computer.

This can be a variety of things, even possibly a loose connection. It would be best to call our tech support tomorrow at 725-699-0100 and we can get you the help you need!
