lifep04 not charging

Hello
Hopefully I can find some help on this one. I went to my.power room and saw an alarm on my 10kw lifep04 battery. when I check the bms on the hybrid inverter it says 100% discharge. when I look a the battery settings the charging says failure. the bms status has an N, same as the other battery this is still working. any tips on what the issue could be?

it's one of those China made where they place a company name on it.

So UnderVoltage and UnderVoltage Protection maybe? Any way to see the individual cell voltages? Any way to determine if it's out of balance?

cell charge doesn't seem to be far off. I reset the battery and restart the system but still error
