It appears there is a race to the bottom for DIY Battery Boxes. I have come across the following Yichun Qihangyi Trading/QHY Battery Box which is top ranking product in the metal battery case on Alibaba. It is just the box without the BMS or cells. The price is unbelievable compared to other manufacturers so there must be a catch or am I just being unreasonably suspicious? With the price as is, I bought one just to see how it is. Is anyone familiar with them? No joy searching for the manufacturer or seller online other than the trade websites.
