FIAMM FLX300

I have 4x 12V FIAMM FLX300 Batteries. I read somewhere that they are AGM and/or Gel... Does that make any sense? I'm totally new to this, currently researching before building my system. Are these considered Lead Acid Batteries? Thanks!

Here is the Spec sheet link: FIAMM FLX300 Spec Sheet
They appear to be Lead Acid AGM style batteries.
