Equalizing voltage on new cells?

Just got (8) 280 Ah cells in yesterday and almost every cell reads 3.28 volts except for one that reads 3.32 volts. I want to connect them all in parallel to equalize the voltage across all cells and they did not come with enough bus bars to connect them all.

I would like to use some 10-12 gauge wire instead between all cells and I'm pretty sure that this won't be a problem but thought I would ask here first.

Not a problem. Do you plan to charge while in parallel or just let them sit?

Just going to let them sit for now. Still trying to decide on a BMS and I'm steering towards a Chargery unless there are better alternatives?

8s 24V configuration in conjunction with a 2700 watt pure sign wave inverter.

Sourced them through AliExpress. I'll get the vendors name once I get out of work and I'm home.

I purchased an MPPT all in one unit that is 24V and has a built in charger, auto transfer to 110V when plugged in, solar charge controller and 2.7K watt inverter.

2.7 kw is an odd size is all.
