Say 2 cells at voltage difference about 10mv, is it safe to connect them?
By calculation, assume cell internal resistance is 0.2m ohms, it will have 50A discharge/charge current, quite scary.
Anyone has the experience? How did you connect 2 cells to be 2p? Maybe put a 0.1 ohm resistor first and let it sit overnight, than put on the bus bar?
Thanks for you help!

The old incandescent lightbulb trick is a lost art. Personally I would just use a bigger resistor (maybe 10Ω?) to make the connection and then watch the current and voltage difference. Others I am sure would just connect a busbar and not think twice.

It depends how jumpy you are, I certainly wouldn't go over a 1 volt difference and preferably less than 0.5 volt. I have done one volt and it has been fine but I am an electromechanical engineer and well used to these things. I believe Tim's electric has mentioned connecting them at several volts difference but he is a crazy energy ho lol

Andy at Off-Grid-Garage did a video and measured with a clamp meter with some pretty wild voltage differences, it was very uneventful though.

Don't worry about it, just parallel them and let 'er rip.
