I have an area of 85"x58" (maybe 60" in a pinch) for which I am trying to put 600w of panels into, I can't quite get there.

Any other panels/vendors or ideas which may meet my needs better?

I am looking currently at 175watt panels (not as efficient, but use the space better than the higher wattage panels.

Thank you in advance for your help!

configuration of cells is typically 60 or 72 cell panels. (5 or 6 columns) of 12 cells. Given the size of individual cells you could theoretically build your own panel to fit within the space however its a non-trivial task.

Renogy eclipse panels might get you there but cost twice as much.

You'd have to check the form factor though as they're 100w panels.

Or some other version of that type of cell, but I'm still trying to find information on it. "Sunpower" cells?

Edit: somehow I doubt you'll be able to get an even number in there though. They're 21x41"

I wonder if there's a 150w with those cells that's 60 long....

Thanks for trying! Maybe a better question is there a good resource that has panels sortable by dimension? Seems like a basic sort but I can't seem to find one.

If you could stretch it to 63 inches wide you could get 6 panels on there. 3 wide by 2 long.

63x82 then.

But that's probably a fair amount of overhang. I'm guessing that's the issue anyways.

If you can stretch that 58" to 61.3" you can fit 2x 370W Sunpower X series panels with 720W total

Or stretch the other side by half inch to 85.5" and you could fit 600W Trina solar Vertex (should be available soon?)

Other than that I don't think you are able to fit 600W in your form factor. Small panels have too much inactive wasted area and most of the efficient panels are ill suited for your form factor.

Well. If it were me I'd look for that sunpower x then.

Looks like a residential panel. Wonder what the price is for single units.

It's not 600w,but depending on mounting options and climate, daily output could be better than most 600w arrays.
