Generated solar power gets all into the grid

I have a sunny boy 4.0 with 4100Watt installed panels. All looks good on the inverter dashboard and the inverter tells me that it generates power (e.g 3000 watts).
When I measure, I see that all generated power goes into the grid, leaving almost nothing for the house. The grid meter also show that I consume like I did before without the solar system installed. All cabling and cable sizes are correct...
Anyone have an idea? Thanks in advance :)

Hi Schmism,

Thanks for your reply!
The meter is a 1 way digital meter, I have no intentions to give power back to the grid.
The grid provider has not been notified because there is no legal obligation here as long you dont want to sell your excess power. (pushing back power to the grid)

The only thing I can think about is that the grid (in this case the meter) is more attractive (lower impedance) than the house, just like
having two resistance in parallel (house and grid) where on resistor has a lower resistance...

Or maybe something to do with the COS φ ?
Any idea? :)
Regards

very late feedback, problem solved, as long you don't have a 2 way meter installed by the utility company, they will charge you both directions.
the only solution is to get the meter changed or install a smart meter with zero export config
