Best bang for the buck 3.2v 100ah raw cells

I am hoping they someone in this forum has already solved my problem.
I build a system around Signature Solar's prebuilt 24v100ah battery.
They no longer offer it.

I want to build another system for my
brother but am not having much luck finding raw cells in the 100
to 105ah range. Docan is out of stock and would like recommendations
from others that have successfully purchased from another distributor.

I'm trying to put together a pack with bms for under $750+/-. I got spoiled
with the $499 battery from SS and the $144 BMS from overkill.

I could not tell if shipping was included or the brand of the cells but the price equates to a little over $200 per kWh.
 
I've used Thrive energy on DH Gate a few times. All the cells tested over capacity, were packaged well, and arrived undamaged. I got 90ah EVE's and 100ah nylon cased CALB's.

I send them an email. This was the reply :
"These are Grade A CALB cells. We will be shipping them from Chicago. We will ship tomorrow if you order today.
Otherwise on Monday . We will do UPS ground shipping."

CALB = China Aviation Lithium Battery
 
I've got a 4 pack of the 200Ah cells coming. When I get home I get to play with top balancing, BMS's and the like. I figure it's possibly "Tuition" but will be worth it if it works for what I'd like to use it for. We'll see, maybe I can rig up some ghetto load and do a capacity test.

I opted for the 200ah also. Cells look great and I am top balancing them as we speak. They arrived at a 70% state of charge. More to follow
