Hi All,
I am new to the whole solar scene so was wondering if someone could advise. I have 2two Renogy 100AH batteries connected in parallel both were fully charged prior to connecting together and appeared to be functioning correctly for a few days.
However yesterday and today I noticed when a load of say 20A is presented only one battery was delivering all the required current and its SOC would continue to decrease to the point where there could be 15 to 20% difference between the 2 batteries SOC
When a large load of around 80A is applied the other battery will kick in to share in delivery of current.
Is one of these batteries faulty or is normal for paralleled batteries to behave like this ? Any advice would be much appreciated.
