Hi all, im hopping to get some insight. My Renagy battery meter seems to be acting a little funny. Recently when I turned on my back up system I noticed that my battery capacity on the meter never seems to drop and the wattage reading starts out high and then drops to about 12 watts. When I look at the meter on my inverter it says I’m pulling 500 Watts. Also when I turn off the Load the meter says I’m Recharging at 145 W or so. I have not changed anything since it was working properly a few months ago. Could there be a problem with the meter or the shunt? Nothing physically has changed. this is a DIY back up system in my home that does not see a lot of use. I use a three stage charger to float a standby charge to my 4- 100 amp hour AGM batteries. 12 volt wired in parallel.
