Renogy/ lithium iron phosphate / thermals

Does anyone know about the renogy lithium battery loose bolt and terminal issue? The #8mm extra fine bolt threads 1.25mm and the terminal socket are not a great fit.

Its definitely 2 different sizes. Probably a cast issue?
The bolt is really loose and if I tighten theres no torque specific settings per renogy just tighten up but not to far ? What is that ? A possible point of heat build up and or a fire ? Maybe strip?? This Needs a fix? Or should I do A return?

What's the best fix now?cause in the future I'll probably buy a different brand if this brand cant handle me!

Extra fine is 0.75
Coarse thread is 1.25
Which one is it??
8 mm bolts and threads are fairly substantial so not easy to strip with a regular length wrench.

Its a m 8 x .75 mm pitch thread
