i have a Growatt SPH 10k TL3 BH-UP hybrid inverter in the server.growatt portal i have as status (when i click on data sources) "lost and device connection status = malfunction (UwSystemWorkMode) " wonder if anyone noticed this error and was able to resolve it. alternatively looking for a way to do a "factory reset" on the system (this inverter+ 12.5 Growatt ARK + Growatt BMS).
