Shading is Shading, no matter which way you face the panels. Either find a location outside of the Shading. Or live with the diminished production.
The building's roof faces either south or north. Because it is an ancient historical structure, putting east west will destroy the view of the roof.
Agree shading is shading, but my idea when I said in post #4...
... was more panels East facing could charge up batteries AM, then with shading over midday, batteries can take over, then get recharged PM with West facing panels. Sorry - could have made that clearer earlier
