Grid tie microinverter off grid?

If I purchased and connected a micro inverter https://www.ebay.com/itm/1654044427...%3D|ampid:PL_CLK|clp:2332490&epid=10053817998 to solar panels would it produce usable 110 volt ac while the sun was shining?
This would for a fun hobby project if it would output usable current

It likely needs to be connected to the grid in order to work.

Could you suggest a device that I could connect four 300 watt panels to and generate usable current? This would just for fun. I have panels and racks already

It would require a grid forming inverter. (Off grid inverter)
