Help with bench equipment

Hello, newbie here....My cells have arrived, 16pcs 302ah CATL prismatic from Docan for 4s4p system for my van. My 4-200amp JK BMS won't be here for several weeks and am wondering what I can do now, other than build enclosures / mounting.

I do have a Victron Multiplus II and Cerbo GX, along with this clamp meter and this charge-discharge monitor.

I'm wondering if I should buy one of these to speed things up?

You could use that tool to capacity test each cell.
The you could use that to top balance each cell just prior to assembling the pack.
There is some doubt as to the overall accuracy as a capacity tester but it will certainly give you a good idea of the relative capacity of the cells.

Now, I'm wondering whether the Wanptek 1560D might be a better buy
