Lifepo4 dead HELP

Can you get the cells balanced? The delta is pretty huge.

Pictures of the inter cell connections?
Ive tried balancing them multiple times they wont balance they show balance during charge, discharge and at rest under 13.6 but once it goes above that the go out of balance

Yea they are sealed. But it was working fine until i messed with the settings. Dmos and cmos
The screenshot looks like he is using a sealed Himassi battery. I don't think he can verify whether the cabling is connected properly to the cell.

Pity you cannot power the BMS down by disconnecting the voltage sense leads. This is unfortunately the drawback of sealed LFP batteries.

I did disassemble it but i dont have a clue what to check for other than voltages of cell and they are reflecting the same as the bluetooth. Maybe in the morning i can get some assistance with checking. But as far as i can see i think for some reason the bms not getting the voltage from one or more of the cells. Hopefully someone can help me figure it out in the morning.

Can you post a photo of the BMS ? Maybe will then be able to work out the connections etc.

FD = Fully Discharged

The over discharge protection is set at 10.7 V. Since it reads 10.458 V it will disconnect (protect) your battery.

You can temporarily change the over discharge protection to 10.0 V and the over discharge release to 10.2 V

I did this before. And i did just now again. It turns back on both cmos and dmos but its still only saying 10.455v

According to your tag line you have 4 batteries in 2s2p configuration.
Are you sure you are looking at the correct battery?

Suggests that the problem is either the sense leads or the BMS.
The picture seems to show that the connector on the BMS where the sense leads aggregate has been disconnected.
The white "goop" looks like the connector has been removed and reconnected, confirm?

I would try lowing the voltage of that run a away cell

Then I would reconfigure the cells in parallel and top balance

Then reconfigure in series, reinstall the BMS and watch it... Likely the issue is solved

I did disconnect the wires last night in trying to solve the problem.

Please disconnect the connector again and inspect the pins.
Specifically you are looking for a bent pin.

Im thinking its the bms because at the terminals with a multimeter im getting 13.8v. its just i. The app its 10.455

I agree, since you said it is only showing 3 string. So either a setting, or the BMS is toast. Is there a factory reset option?
