Power Queen 12v 190 ah Battery Bank Voltage

I bought four of these and have them in parallel. Today I finally got them charged and the Renogy shunt says that they are around 13.2 volts,@ 95% charged. I am New, with this, but I would have expected them to be around 14.00 volts.

The manufacturer says to charge them at 14.4-14.6,

is the renogy shunt properly configured for the battery capacity and charge termination criteria?

Have the batteries been charged to the charge termination criteria?

If either answer is "no", your SoC reading is meaningless, and it won't be accurate until you fully charge the battery to 14.4-14.6V

Thank you. I’m going through the same process with my PQ 190. I had a cheap charger that stated full charge but wasn’t, 13.3 resting. Got second charger that I could see charging at 14.5 v and ended up at 13.5 24 hours later. Have not discharged yet.
Has the battery worked out for you?
