Yeah, I have had one for a year now, and no problems at all. Most of the other China cheapies are clones of inverters made by Voltronic.
You should be able to import a Deye for around USD1300. Inverter is USD1000 and DHL should cost around $200-300. I bought mine from this seller - https://sun-link.en.alibaba.com/
