Help me to set up batteries

Hi everyone

I have a problem with my solar project, I can`t set inverter properly to work normal without issues

BMS cable is disconnected and set up batteries setting manually (USER)

-Inverter Conversol S6 MKS III 5kW

-Batteries: 2 pylontech 2.4kw and 2 no name with pylontech cells 2.4kw, connected in parallel

Inverter in USB mode- battery 100% but when I change to SBU- battery % dropping down straight away

What I`m doing wrong?

Without knowing more detail on the configuration and wiring (am assuming off grid mode)...

... then I suspect this is what is wrong...

i.e. without comms, inverter won't know proper SOC %.
