EcoFlow Delta 2's AC and DC output repeatedly shutting off after only being on for a second or two

This has made the unit unusable. We use this unit as UPS style backup power (plugged into grid 24/7) for medical devices and this is not safe for my wife and I! We have only had the unit since December 28, 2022!

What does Echoflow say? Warranty?
I have emailed EcoFlow but have not gotten a response from their website Support. I have reached out via FaceBook groups, Twitter, etc. and have gotten no response from anyone having this issue or any kind of corrective action. We have had our Delta 2 since we ordered it back on Dec 28, 2022 and it has worked flawlessly until this past week. I did register the unit on EcoFlow website when I got it so not sure what the warranty is.

You have my sympathy. I am one of the few weirdos that despise AIO units and their proprietary nature. I still have a Garmin on my dash.
Hopefully my reply will keep your question in the queue for some other possible solutions.
Good luck.

I finally got an email back from EcoFlow providing me with a shipping label to return our Delta 2 for warranty exchange. Now I just have to find the original box and packaging to ship it back and wait for the replacement to arrive. I hope the power doesnt go out in the meantime.

You might consider asking Eco if you could purchase a replacement then get credit for the return.
You’d have peace of mind regarding an outage and be made whole $$ when they credited your payment method.

I had not thought of that but I will reply to their email and ask them this question. Thank you.
