Have you tied Pylontech?
EG4 LFP batteries use the PACE BMS and the Pylontech protocol. There is a snag as the Pylontech are 15S and the EG4 are 16S. The DEYE will need to automatically recognize the difference.

Just tried it no luck. I am using the rj45 cable that came with the batteries
