    6000xp filters?

I just had an idea, another thought would be to enclose the whole unit in a cabinet of your own and put filters on it.

Cabin setup (Bluetti AC200Max + 48v rack batteries)

If I could start over and could have convinced my father to go with an AIO unit and the server rack batteries I definitely would. That's being said our current setup that we have now works fine and unless you make 20 cups of coffee (which isn't as extreme as you would think) and run the toaster...

Cabin setup (Bluetti AC200Max + 48v rack batteries)

I've since added another DC HOUSE 48V 50Ah battery and bought some new solar panels to replace the EcoWorthy 195W panels that were damaged in a windstorm. They're Hyundai 370W panels and I bought 6 of them for $150 a piece. I built a quick and dirty ground mount for two of them (until we...

    Eco Flow Additional Solar

What you are asking for is basically an entirely separate DIY battery backup system. If you are going to go that route, you're better off selling the EcoFlow and spending the whole budget on getting new system.

Charging External DIY Battery that charges Solar Generator

Sweet. 👌 I sprung for an Bluetti AC200L a few weeks ago, which has a maximum input of 1200W, but it only uses 1 input port unfortunately. I like the idea of the dual PV inputs, that opens up a lot of options. I wish I had gone with the Delta 2 Max, it was a toss up between the two.

    207kWh System... In 12V??? 😬

Riiiiiight? All that money and still needing a top up. Which there's nothing wrong with from a normal users perspective, but as essentially a display piece for Battleborn? LMFAO Anddd that they're battleborn at all too :fp2:ROFLMAO:

This process could be a great advancement in the future.

Time will tell. There are always advancements to be made.

    Good deals on LiFePO4 batteries

eBay has the 15% off deal for Refurb stuff again. Which you may not want to necessarily buy refurb batteries, but inverters or Power Stations or any other electronics stuff may be available.

View with skepticism - Youtube claimant to run his house and charge Teslas

This reeks of an "I'm a for hire inspector and not only do I not abide anybody having fun/being different, but they need to do things my way or else" vibe.

Adding DIY battery to Bluetti AC300

That really is a bummer, because I found an AC300 on eBay for $750 and I wanted to play around with it but came to that conclusion myself, that you need to have the B300 before it will let you use it at all. Which makes sense, but I was hoping to trick it to be able to use some of its...

    Eco-Worth 48V 50ah internal pictures

Awesome, that's the first look inside I've seen of the 48v EcoWorthy/DC House batteries.

    Giant 72v MPPT available?

I think you actually would be better off with a few smaller ones versus one big one. 600A at such a niche charging voltage is going to be absurdly expensive.
  13. Andrewr05

    Giant 72v MPPT available?

Yeah, there's way more available at 36V than 72V, but still significantly less than 48V and 12V.

    Eclipse 2024

We had plenty of time to talk during this road trip and we had that exact conversation. It would be absolutely awful. This was a normal fun thing people were willing driving to and from, then imagine how bad it would be if EVERYONE were evacuating and their families lives would be on the line...

    Eclipse 2024

I live in central NH and drove up to St. Johnsbury Vermont day of (we left at 11:00am and traffic was so bad that's as far north as we could make it) and we found an open spot and set up chairs and watched the full eclipse with the kids. The full total eclipse was spectacular, But I do not...

Charging External DIY Battery that charges Solar Generator

Ah that makes sense. The XT60 vs XT60i conundrum. I don't really like how ecoflow implements that. Every other power station company either has a completely separate input or the software just knows automatically to limit the amperage based on its voltage range. 10.5V to 30v to account for...

    Safety Gloves?

I would not want to get hit with 3 phase 480VAC, but I'm sure the much higher voltages are significantly more terrifying. Yeah, we use some fuses here that are HUGE, probably carry close to 24KW.

    48V 100Ah LiFePO4 - EP48100 $949.00

That's a very good deal. 👌 I'd buy one right now if it were on Amazon or eBay at that price (their buyer protection makes it worth it, even though specifically Amazon. I don't like their business practices necessarily) with no questions asked.

    Sound from solar panels

This forum is the only place that it happens, sometimes when I go to paste a link in it will use another link that I had previously posted. Whoops. I fixed the link.

    Biden

Source? Who censored? And how were they censored? And who funded and created those studies? I'm a lefty and I agree. The BLM riots were very fucked up and it was just a chaotic mess, there were far too many participants for even a tenth of them to get caught and brought to justice. But lots...

    Biden

100% agreed The government has files on right wing and left wing "extremists". Don't act like it's some new thing the evil leftists are doing to go after Conservatives. EVERY president over the past 50+ years has signed off on surveilling U.S. citizens, yes even their own constituents and yes...

    Safety Gloves?

I just took a full 8 hour electrical safety course at work last week. I knew you needed to be safe, but holy crap I did NOT know the level of safety gear the industry expects you to wear just to go into an electrical panel and use a multimeter to verify no electricity on what you're working on...

Keeping LiFePO batteries warm in the winter....

Yeah, it really doesn't take a whole lot to keep the batteries at the right temp. Bringing them from already being at frozen temps up to operating temperature takes a lot more energy then keeping them insulated and disallowing them from getting to those freezing temperatures in the first place...

I must be doing something wrong.

Getting the most out of what you pay for is important, but I never understood fretting over 2, 3, 4 percent discrepancies. As long as you're occasionally checking things to make sure your batteries are within a row of assholes then I truthfully believe your time is better spent doing other...

    6000xp filters?

Anything is better than nothing. What size fans are they? 80mm, 92mm or 120mm? Or I guess the first question should be, are the fans pulling air out or pushing air in? Then that'll determine where your filters should go and what type.

Preferred solutions for smaller 48V loads?

Woah, that's a pretty cool idea. I legit would've used that if it knew it existed. I just read through your whole blog post, good job. 👍 I don't have any individual fusing at all on my 36v eBike battery bank, but I have them all paralleled and run through a Class-T fuse and a circuit breaker...

    Dc-to-dc wiring

It's not really recommended beyond like 50W, especially at a distance of your whole vehicle length plus tailer/RV wiring. It works on the vehicle itself (or on something say like a travel trailer/toy hauler because you are likely only running the taillights and marker light plus maybe a few low...

Need help with a unique request regarding EcoFlow River 2 Pro.

Probably not, unless you find a way to integrate the EcoFlow App somehow with a custom piece of software to monitor its percentage. You could theoretically set up a timer circuit that would run the generator for an hour every X number of days or something like that.

    Biden

I want to preface this again by saying that I do not like Biden and I do not think he is fit for the presidency, and that I am not a liberal. And I don't watch any mainstream media. But you do know that that is what's happening to everyone, right? The oligarchy who's in charge WANTS us to be...

    Warranties 3 5 10 year, does this make a big difference in quality ? E4G or ?

Which is okay overall as long as they have fail safes that will shut the machine down if a cooling fan dies. And as long as the cooling fins themselves are standard sizes and are easily accessible I see that as a fairly decent trade off.

    Biden

I'm sorry, I admit I may have misquoted you and had been referring to somebody else who said something when they literally said that Biden made it happen on the day.
