Now it is telling me that it is offline. I have all the lights on the dongle so I am guessing that this is yet another problem on their end?

How can you tell that it is down? Is there a site to check?

Tell me more about this, Dessmonitor! I need to clear this alarm because the program isn't doing anything! Nevermind, I found it and deleted the alert but it didn't make a difference. Either this program is wrong or the unit is showing me wrong info. I am going with the program is junk.

Yes, its over 200v. It worked great all day yesterday. Last night, after the sun went down it decided that there wasn't enough PV voltage?! The system is working fine, but the SmartESS app isn't working because it sees that alarm that isn't handled. At least that is my take of what I am seeing.

I just got my EG4 3000 up and running yesterday. Today I see I have an unhandled PV undervoltage alarm that I can't figure out how to clear and there is no data coming in showing my battery charging, although I can clearly see on the unit itself that it is. How do I fix this?!
